Daren Bregmestre brings over five years of expertise in energy infrastructure investments, with a strong focus on acquisitions, investments, and financial advisory. He has been involved in major greenfield Independent Power Producer projects across Europe and Africa as well as project finance initiatives in waste management, water treatment, and energy management in Asia. He holds a Masters degree in Finance from ESCE Business School in Paris.

Leon brings a strong financial background to the investment team. Having previously worked for Chinese state-owned investment banks and private equity firms, he has experience in both Chinese domestic M&A transaction and equity investment experience in the renewable energy sector.

Isaac is currently the president of Greater China at New Horizon Capital. Isaac is previously a technical advisor at Shaw Group and China Digital Culture Group, and has accumulated over 15 years of Information and Technology experience. Isaac holds a Master degree in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London

Danni brings five years of experience in renewable energy project management. She has provided consulting services on renewable energy projects to green funds, banks, and universities. Additionally, she has participated in off-grid energy project consultations in Mongolia and conducted due diligence on wind turbines and components for multiple wind farms in Vietnam. Danni holds a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from New York University.

Winnie has over 3 years of project development and execution experience in the renewable energy space, specifically covering Carbon Zero Capital's investments in the distributed solar projects across Mainland China. Winnie oversees the execution and post-investment management of multiple key strategic projects at Carbon Zero Capital. Winnie holds a Masters degree in Operations Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Cheryl has 5 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, specializing in the contract drafting, negotiation, and deal execution for distributed renewable energy projects in Mainland China. She holds an LL.B. in Law from East China University of Political Science and Law and is certified to practice law in China (China Legal Profession Qualification Certificate).

Elsa is the founder and CEO of Deca Capital (CE: BUK941), an asset management company with a focus on sustainable and meaningful investments. She also worked in Barclays Capital and UBS in London and Hong Kong, where she provided AML solutions, portfolio optimisation and hedging solutions to pension funds, insurance companies and asset managers. 

Joey brings more than 2 years of renewable energy

administrator experience to our team, having previously worked as company administrator at Windmagics, a leading distributed solar and wind power investor across China and SEA. Joey holds a Bachelor degree from Huaqiao University.

Shandong brings more than 10 years of experience in distributed renewable energy project development and execution. He has abundant experience in coordinating complex energy projects, covering the entire investment cycle including project establishment, site selection, investment analysis, business negotiation, construction implementation and grid-connected operations.
