Kent Shi
Kent Shi has been in energy transition business for over 20 years. His work covers low carbon development, green financing and renewable energy investment between Asia and Europe. He has a background in sustainable energy from Imperial College and Univeristy of Oxford. He co-founded Carbon Zero and other energy transition ventures.

Wai Yue Wong
Mr. Wong co-founded Carbon Zero in 2020. He has over 25 years of experience in corporate finance and C&I sector. He is the chairman of Nameson group(1982HK), and vice chairman of HKICA. He has a background in management from University of Exeter.

Elsa Zhang
Elsa is the founder and CEO of Deca Capital (CE: BUK941), an asset management company with a focus on sustainable and meaningful investments. She also worked in Barclays Capital and UBS in London and Hong Kong, where she provided AML solutions, portfolio optimization and hedging solutions to pension funds, insurance companies and asset managers.

Qunxing Wu
Qunxing has 15 years of experience in the renewable energy industry. He has implemented 1GW of distributed photovoltaic power generation in China.

Isaac is currently the president of Greater China at New Horizon Capital. Isaac is previously a technical advisor at Shaw Group and China Digital Culture Group, Isaac holds a Master degree in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London

Boya has 20 years of experience in capital markets and energy industry. He is the ppartner of Haiwen International (registered with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) in UK) and has consulted exceeds 2GW of solar photovoltaic, wind power and energy storage projects in Europe.

Cheryl Xue
Cheryl is specialized in contract drafting, negotiation, and deal execution for distributed renewable energy projects in Mainland China. She holds an LL.B. in Law from East China University of Political Science and Law and is certified to practice law in China (China Legal Profession Qualification Certificate).

Bregmestre Daren
Daren brings over five years of expertise in energy infrastructure investments, with a strong focus on acquisitions, investments, and financial advisory. He has been involved in major greenfield Independent Power Producer projects across Europe and Africa as well as project finance initiatives in waste management, water treatment, and energy management in Asia. He holds a Masters degree in Finance from ESCE Business School in Paris.

Xiaoye Xu
Xiaoye has a track record of closing over 600 million USD of equity investment in renewable energy and digital infrastructure cross boarder transactions, especially in US, the EU countries and Japan . His experience spans the full investment lifecycle, from originating and structuring bespoke equity and debt solutions to leading negotiations and managing post-acquisition integration. He holds an MBA from Kyoto University in Japan.

Winnie Xiong
Winnie has over 5 years of project development and execution experience in the renewable energy space, specifically covering Carbon Zero Capital's investments in the distributed solar projects across Mainland China. Winnie oversees the execution and post-investment management of multiple key strategic projects at Carbon Zero Capital. Winnie holds a Masters degree in Operations Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Danni Lu
Danni is a renewable energy professional specializing in project management and technical advisory. She has supported green funds, financial institutions, and academic organizations, through advisory services spanning project evaluation and development. Her international exposure includes off-grid energy solutions in Mongolia and due diligence on wind projects in Vietnam. Danni holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from New York University.

Chris Li
Chris brings a strong analytical background from his tenure at a major SOE in Mainland China. Currently, he focuses on the development and investment of energy storage field across the European market, while supporting the team’s investment activities by integrating project evaluation with energy market insights. Chris holds a Master’s degree from Hong Kong Baptist University.
