Carbon Zero Capital announces that it has secured a 12 MW / 25 MWh standalone battery energy storage system (BESS) project in Germany, which has now reached Ready‑to‑Build (RtB) status.

The project has successfully completed all key development milestones, including permitting and grid‑related requirements, and is positioned to progress into the construction phase. It represents a further step in Carbon Zero Capital's strategy to develop a focused portfolio of high‑quality battery storage assets in core European markets.

Germany remains a priority market for battery energy storage, driven by the increasing need for system flexibility and the continued deployment of renewable energy. This project is well aligned with the country's regulatory and market framework and contributes to supporting grid stability and resilience.

Carbon Zero Capital will now advance the project through the next phases of development in line with its disciplined investment and project execution approach.
